How Otibara handles the details you send us through this website.
What we collect
When you use the enquiry form or email us, we receive your name, email address, organisation, country and message. When you send a partner profile, we receive the profile and documents you attach.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry, to consider you for a tender or assignment, and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell your details or use them for advertising.
Who processes it
The enquiry form runs on Cloudflare, which also checks submissions for spam (Turnstile). Messages are delivered to our mailbox by Resend, an email delivery service. Our email is hosted by Microsoft 365. These providers may process data outside your country.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and partner profiles we do not take forward are deleted within 12 months.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you. Write to [email protected].
